Retail/Online Supervisor

Actively Seeking

• Shopify experience and knowledge a must 
• Must have three years retail experience
• Fluent computer skills with email and navigating the internet, specifically creative posting to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok and Linkedin
• Strong proficiency in  Excel and PowerPoint 
• Good knowledge of sales and marketing
• Excellent leadership skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Writing skills and math literacy for the application of concepts that pertain to daily operations
• Reliable, Responsible, Organized, Focused,  Results driven
  
  

• Hire and train store employees
• Suggest new operational strategies to improve store's performance and productivity
• Plan and implement the overall retail  and special events strategies 
  •  Promoting good customer service
  • Opening and closing procedures
  • Assist with custom orders and order pick ups for wholesale customers
  • Reconciling payments and updating order statuses 
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a marketing store and special strategy (Constant Contact and all social media)
• Work together with fulfillment supervisor and retail staff to assist in picking, packing and shipping corporate online orders
• Track and report on store KPIs from retail software 
• Utilize the Shopify system and report weekly numbers to management
• Recommend and submit purchase orders for store
• Assist with the daily fulfillment of branded online stores
• Answer phones and handle customer inquiries about retail products 
• Provide professional responses to customer inquiries about wholesale and online orders
• Work with customers on their shopping experience, and enhance the relationships with those customers
• Enter all quotes and sales orders into our Shopworks computer system for  custom order customers
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments for wholesale customers in our Dorchester location 
• Assemble sales kits and gather samples for customer appointments and customer visits to our Dorchester showroom
  
  

• Emulate the CH core values in your everyday work 
• Provide input into corporate process improvements 
• Extra events that may require additional hours surrounding seasonal themed events  in March, June, September, December
